Fat Press

A fat screw press is a mechanical machine used for extracting oil from Rendered poultry meal and Meat meal. It is commonly used in the oil extraction industry.

The fat screw press operates on the principle of mechanical pressure exerted by a rotating screw within a cylindrical barrel or cage. The cooked meal is fed into the press, and as they pass through the barrel, they are subjected to increasing pressure. The rotating screw compresses the material, squeezing out the oil, which is collected and separated from the solid residue.
